Therefore, Landmax Data Systems, Inc. is not to be held responsible for any errors or omissions, or any consequences arising from the use thereof. Refer to your lease agreement with Landmax. Tax Amounts - For some counties the values you find within the town, school, and city tax amount fields may reflect an approximate tax amount. These tax amounts reflect the sum of the assessment multiplied by the tax rate of the school district, city, and county and may not reflect the actual tax amounts billed. These values will be designated as ‘Estimated’ or “Calc” (calculated).

Actual Tax Amounts - The town/county/city and School tax amounts for properties within Erie, Monroe, Onondaga County are populated with values accumulated from a separate “extract” file which reflects the actual billed amounts by the county. These values will be designated as ‘Actual’ .
